报告人简介：陈锦全，上海商学院特聘教授、学科带头人，International Review of Economics & Finance、Finance Research Letters和Journal of Economic Surveys副主编，特许金融分析师（CFA），获得美国国务院富布赖特学者奖，入选2024年中国高被引学者榜单。2003-2021年美国西肯塔基大学（Western Kentucky University）特聘教授、杰出教授、金融学终身教授，1999-2003年戴顿大学金融学终身副教授，1996-1999年威斯康星大学帕克塞德分校金融学终身副教授，1990-1996年明尼苏达州立大学摩海德分校终身副教授。在全球金融研究中排名第140位，全球金融教育研究中排名第1位。长期从事首次公开募股（IPO）、分析师行为、金融教育、绿色金融、内部控制等方面的研究。在Management Science、Accounting,Organizations, and Society、Business Strategy and the Environment、Contemporary Accounting Research、等学术期刊发表论文300余篇。
