2018年5月27-29日，第三届经济、金融与管理科学国际会议在杭州召开，我院教师李武威应邀参加了此次会议。

会上，美国伊利诺州立大学（Illinois State University）Kevin H. Zhang教授、美国佛罗里达国际大学（Florida International University）Xiaoquan Jiang副教授、乌克兰Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs的Elizabeth Sushko博士、泰国兰实大学（Rangsit University）Pichit Boonkrong博士、美国东肯塔基大学（Eastern Kentucky University）Weiling Zhuang副教授等专家学者分别作了题为Wages, innovation, and export upgrading in emerging economies: evidence from China、Bias in predictive regressions、One Belt and One Road Initiative: challenges and international legal aspects、Impact of weekdays on the return rate of stock price index: evidence from the stock exchange of Thailand、Do self-service technologies really satisfy consumer?等的学术报告。

在此次会议上，我院教师李武威作了题为Management capabilities and corporate environmental performance: the moderating role of top management team faultlines的学术报告，针对中国情境下管理者能力对企业环境绩效会产生何种影响、以及高管团队断裂带对这种影响是否会产生显著的调节作用等问题的研究成果和与会专家学者进行了交流，引起了与会专家学者的广泛兴趣。

在会议期间，我院教师和与会专家学者积极交流，建立了联系，开阔了研究视野，这对进一步提升我院科研水平发挥了积极的促进作用。（工商管理学院）
