厦门大学管理学院财务学系 昨天
为了推动中国财务与会计的研究、应用及国际学术交流，中国管理现代化研究会财务与会计委员会、厦门大学管理学院、厦门大学财务管理与会计研究院、中国自然科学基金委员会重大项目组与中国社会科学院经济研究所、《经济研究》编辑部拟于2018年11月17-18日在厦门大学共同举办“第二届中国财务与会计学术年会”。本次会议的主题是“新时代下财务与会计的中国问题研究”。会议将邀请海内外（包括北美、香港和台湾等）相关领域的优秀学者就大家共同关心的问题展开深入研讨。现面向广大学者征文，欢迎踊跃投稿！
征文选题
欢迎财务与会计各个领域的论文，研究主题包括但不限于：公司财务、资产定价、行为金融、风险投资、市场微观结构、兼并收购、金融市场与机构、财务会计、管理会计、审计、国际会计、公司治理、内部控制与风险管理等。

Jay R. Ritter教授（佛罗里达大学），Journal of Financial Economics副主编。
吴世农教授（厦门大学），国家自然科学基金委员会委员，复旦管理学杰出贡献奖获得者。
写作要求

征文评审
会议组委会将组织专家对全部征文进行评审，同时《经济研究》编辑部将协助评审。征文作者将于2018年10月31日前收到征文是否入选的通知。入选论文的作者将获邀请参加本次会议，其中的优秀论文还将被推荐进入《经济研究》匿名审稿程序。年会设立“最佳论文奖”和“最佳博士生论文奖”各3名，将通过专家匿名投票的方式选出优秀论文进行奖励。
会议费用
获邀参会人员无需支付会务费；交通及住宿费用自理；用餐由主办方统一安排。

To promote China-related finance and accounting research, on November 17th-18th, Committee of Finance & Accounting in Chinese Society for Management Modernization, School of Management and Institute for Financial & Accounting Studies in Xiamen University, Institute of Economics of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS), and the Economic Research Journal, will co-host the 2nd China Finance and Accounting Research Symposium in Xiamen University. The conference will feature original works on contemporary finance and accounting research topics in China. Researchers from around the world will be invited to attend the panel discussion sessions during the conference.
TOPICS
Topics of interest include, but are not limited to, corporate finance, asset pricing, behavioral finance, venture capital, market microstructure, M&A, financial intermediaries, financial accounting, management accounting, auditing, international accounting, corporate governance, internal control, and risk management etc.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENT
Contributed papers in English or Chinese are both eligible for submission. For papers in Chinese, please refer to the submission requirement of Economic Research Journal. Please list the information of authors (name, institution, corresponding address, telephone number, and email) in a separate title page before the main text.
SUBMISSION DEADLINE
Please email the PDF version of your contribution todept_fin@xmu.edu.cn by the end of September 30, 2018, with the subject of ‘2nd China Finance and Accounting Research Conference Submission’.
REVIEW PROCESS
Papers will be selected by the Program Committee consisting of a panel of experts, together with the editorial office of Economic Research Journal. The submitting authors are expected to be notified of the Program Committee’s decision by the end of October, 2018.
FEES
Registration fee is waived for invited presenters. Luncheons and dinners will be arranged by the organizer.
